Requirements.
FICO Score must be 500 minimum.(There will be a soft credit check to verify. If you have your score within the last 3 months ,we can waive the soft credit check) .Your loan is 95% approved if your Fico score is minimum 500.This loan program is based primary on your Fico score. Late payments on your credit file does not count.
Must be 18yrs and up
Must have a job or unemployment benefits or own your business.
Ability to repay in three years max.
TERMS:
The interest rate is 3 percent.This loan program is an open loan program which means you can pay it out anytime without any penalty. You can pay the complete amount in three years.
If your fico score is less than 500, you are automatically refused.
Regardless of the loan amount, once your loan is approved ,there is a charge of $400 underwriter and insurance fee upon signing of the loan agreement . This fee will be refunded upon disbursement of your loan. If you refuse to accept disbursement of loan, the fee is non refundable.
