~~~~Statewide positions are open. We are looking for property inspectors to complete occupancy/interior-exterior/loss mitigation/insurance loss/construction progress inspections.
Supplies NEEDED for job- reliable vehicle, digital camera which can date and time stamp pictures, high speed internet connection, smartphone, GPS, laptop, must be computer literate. Most inspections will be completed by mobile app on your phone. If you do not have supplies please do not apply.
Serious inquires only. When responding please provide your location, contact info and counties you cover. Some locations are remote, you will receive more volume if you can cover remote areas. All inspections must be completed and submitted by due dates set by the client....NO EXCEPTIONS. Pay is per assignment, based on performance and based on volume pay may be negotiated. Be prepared to wait 30 days for your first check. There is a 30 day net for most clients and banks. Full time positions have a monthly income POTENTIAL of $xxxx to $xxxx. Part time positions have a monthly income POTENTIAL from $100 to $xxxx per month depending on volume and location. This position is classified as an independent contractor/business owner.

SNOW REMOVAL-
~~We are looking for a dependable snow removal crew that is good with working with due dates. Also you need a camera to take pictures before and after work. Yardstick is needed. Apply if experienced and dependable. Required- Shovel driveway, sidewalk, and entrance to door with changed locks. Please email us the counties you are available to cover if interested.
