Real estate wholesaler/sales agent needed in Springfield, Missouri For Sale

Real estate investment professional is seeking a sales agent for our expanding wholesale buying operation in the St. Louis metro area.
I am looking for a self-starter and a dynamic force to add to our team. While this is NOT traditional real estate license is required. We are NOT looking for just anyone. This is a limited position and we are hiring just 1 part-time person.
If you are a great sales person, honest, ethical, want to have a lot of fun doing real estate deals, and are seeking an opportunity to make great money for the effort you put in and you are interested in working with real estate investors every day, then this position might be for you.
Your job will be to market and sell the houses we buy to cash investors. We buy significantly distressed houses in all areas and we pay cash. So, we buy for cash and then we turn right around and sell to cash buyers quickly. No loan qualifications, no appraisals, no inspections. This is simple real estate.

But, this is NOT traditional real estate as you will not list houses on the MLS so you will not act as a "listing or sellers agent". Instead, through different types of marketing strategies you will assist in finding cash buyers to sell our houses within 1 to 5 days.
This is a commission only position and you will earn 20% of profits on all houses you sell. You will be compensated as part of our property team, not as a normal real estate agent. This is a position for an agent that wants to make money like an investor.
We typically buy and sell in under 30 days. Our average profit on a property is approximately $6,000 so 20% is $1,200 per property sold (we buy a lot of cheap houses). We are positioned to buy and sell many houses in the St. Louis area in the next year so this is a real opportunity for the right person. Do the math.
We DO NOT buy pretty houses. These are really ugly in most cases and are usually very low priced.
The truth is the houses we buy could be in bad shape, may be boarded up and most likely have no utilities connected. If you don't see that type of house as money in the bank this isn't for you.
