The Job: As a Sales Associate, you report to the Sales Manager or Department Manager in partnership with the entire store team to provide quick and friendly customer service. In this pivotal role, you will provide customer service by participating in creating a shopping environment unlike any retail experience that encourages customers to purchase merchandise and services. Responsibilities: As a Sales Associate, you will deliver an excellent customer service experience including selling, suggesting additional related merchandise, maintaining merchandise stocks, and store appearance. This position will involve developing both new and existing customer relationships. As a Sales Associate, you will complete customer transactions in a friendly and timely manner. You will also assist in training new hires and current associates. Accomplishments & Core Competencies: Successful associates are friendly, enthusiastic, like working with people, and are able to follow instructions and learn procedures. All Associates must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays or weeknights, and weekend time.
