I have a room for rent in a 903sq ft. 2 bed 1 bath corner lot house available immediately. It is located in a very safe part of the north side. All my neighbors are older or young families, very quiet, very safe. The room I'm looking to rent out is 10.25ft. X 6.67ft. It can fit up to a king size bed but it would be a more comfortable room with a twin or a full size mattress. The rent would be $270+ 1/2 utilities each month which run about $100 per person. Cable, Internet, Netflix, Hulu, trash and off street parking are included. Because the room is small I configured the rent based on price per sq. foot so you are much less then me. $100 deposit non refundable. No pets as I already have a dog. Smoking is okay outside only 420 friendly. Yard work is shared. I currently have no washer and dryer as I just moved and cannot afford to buy one but I do have the hook ups and will eventually get one. There are two large separate off street parking spaces. In the pictures above the room that you would be renting is the half painted room with the purple desk. I am currently painting the entire room so it will be nice clean and fresh for the person moving in. If you end up agreeing to move in before I get to the color part of painting you will be able to pick out the color of your room. I am looking for someone responsible 18-35 years of age with good credit who can pass a background check. I am open to any gender and sexuality as long as you are clean, responsible, and a good person that's all that matters to me.
