Looking for a female (non-negotiable) to rent a room in my 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in the West Central area 5 mins from downtown. I'm a 27 year old self-employed female, laid back, easy to get along with. The room is approximately 10'x11' with moderate sized closet and a dresser available for use if desired. Asking $300 a month (month-to-month lease) plus utilities/internet/trash which run from $180-300 a month; So the most you would pay in a month would be about $450. Deposit is negotiable depending on how long you think you might be staying and if you have a pet. There is a dress, desk chair and curtain in the room which are available for use or can easily be moved. The rest of the house is furnished including the bathroom available to renter (although any of those items can also be removed if desired). There is a washer & dryer available for use by renter and a 4 car garage available for storage if needed.
